A very nice park in the Las Vegas area. We stayed here for one month starting on March 17, 2009. Rate was $707.00 for the month including utilities. This is a "condo" park. Sites are owned or for sale and you rent the site from the owner through the parks rental office. The park is clean, quite and some sites have beautiful views of Lake Mead. The only negative I have with this park is the Wi-Fi. It is available at no charge but it is slower than my dial-up use to be, if you can get on. If having internet access is important to you, you may want to move down the road.
New Park - Phase 1 almost finished, Phase 2 with 50 to 75 additional sites in the works. Cabins, 7 or 8 available located in Phase 1 with lots of shade. Owners working very hard to finish phase 2 and landscape all of park. Watch this one, going to be a great park.
A very nice campground which needs some attention to details. The staff were fantastic but are handicapped by the owner's failure to support the park. Two small to medium dumpsters which constantly overflowed, hot tub which did not get turned on until guest complained, heated pool which isn't, WiFi which seldom works unless you go to the office, very narrow roads which are not friendly to larger rigs getting in and out of sites. Overall, a nice park, where we would stay again, however, it would be nice if the advertised amenities were provided.
